Renting Decor Party Items:

1. How long does it take to set up?

a. Usually, we arrive 3 hours before the event. Sometimes, depending on the size of the event, it might take longer.

2. How far in advance do I need to book the items?

a. A minimum of 3 weeks is required for basic in-stock rentals. Custom requests' times vary, from 4 weeks to 2 months, depending on the request.

3. Do you provide delivery, setup, and pickup of the rented items?

a. Yes, in most cases, we deliver and install. We will also pick up the items at the end of your event.

4. What is the condition of the items, and how are they maintained?

a. We guarantee that all our rental items are clean and sanitized before delivery.

5. Are there any additional fees, such as for cleaning or damages?

a. Yes, if any damage or stains, other than normal wear, are present at the time of pickup, a $100 fee or more will be charged to the customer.

6. Can I make changes to my rental order after it's been placed?

a. Yes, in most cases, with at least a week's notice, we can make minor changes. It all depends on the request.

7. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Due to the time and resources invested in each event, we have a strict no-refund policy. However, we will work with you to reschedule for a future date. In some cases, we allow the deposit to be used towards a friend or family event, depending on the nature of the event.

8. Do you offer any customization or personalization options for the decor items?

a. Yes, we have the capability to recreate most inspirational images, or at least come close to what the customer is looking for. If unable to match, we can provide alternatives.

9. Are there any restrictions on where the items can be used, such as outdoor venues?

a. We highly recommend indoor use, but if the customer desires to use the items outdoors, we can accommodate that request. In most cases, the weather is perfect outside. However, in some occasions, weather can be hard to predict and may adversely affect your event. We cannot guarantee the quality of our service during harsh weather conditions, such as high temperatures, wind, and rain.
